Power to the People

I recently got invited to a special event at The Speaker's House in Parliament by my local MP Sadiq Khan. It was to celebrate community heroes who give up their time and skills - I belong to a small local fundraising group called FACE and over 4 years we've put on events which have raised over £40,000 - which just shows how effective Power to the People in Tooting can be!

It was great so many people were recognised and a very inspiring evening.
